Job Description
Envoy is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, iOS to join their Workplace team. This role involves building core product features for Envoy Workplace, which is Envoy's fastest-growing revenue stream. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the product's success, collecting and evaluating metrics, and raising the bar for the app's quality. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.

Role Involves:
  • Developing product experiences in collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers.
  • Scaling the Envoy mobile app's usage to tens of thousands of customers.
  • Designing core iOS application components to support user features.
  • Conducting technical design and code reviews.
  • Delivering high-quality code.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with iOS Development and proficiency in Swift.
  • BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Swift Concurrency.
  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Experience leading large projects from a technical perspective.
  • Solid experience with functional reactive programming (RxSwift, AsyncSequence, Combine).
  • Solid experience designing and consuming APIs.
  • Strong understanding of scalable mobile architecture.
  • Strong communication skills.
