Everlaw is seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives. This role involves coaching, designing scalable processes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will drive process-driven growth and motivate others to develop their careers at Everlaw.

In this role, the candidate will:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on generating outbound pipelines.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide coaching and support.
  • Provide career-oriented feedback and mentorship.
  • Champion a performance-driven culture with measurable goals.
  • Spearhead the hiring process for SDR roles.
  • Build scalable onboarding and enablement processes.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Run productive meetings and provide strategic context to the team.
  • Improve team-wide processes and foster collaboration.
  • Uphold Everlaw’s values and promote a culture of inclusion and high performance.

Requirements for the role include:
  • 1+ year of SaaS leadership experience working with SDRs.
  • A track record of helping reps exceed pipeline targets.
  • Experience as a top-performing SDR with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesNavigator, and Outreach (or similar tools).
  • Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and optimism.
  • Collaborative leadership and clear communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and enablement teams.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
