Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide top-tier technical support and develop tools that enhance product performance and client success. The role involves direct interaction with top clients, ensuring trust through proactive problem-solving and prevention. Paradigm is building cutting-edge, distributed financial service infrastructure that will reshape financial services across CeFi and DeFi markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for top clients, handling API integrations, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Build and manage analytical tools for the Product team to monitor and report on product and client success, including dashboards, alerts, and monitoring systems.
  • Create automation tools for Product and Sales teams to streamline operations and enhance client engagement.
  • Work closely with Core Engineering Teams to resolve technical issues and manage the Paradigm Product Knowledge Base, including API documentation and technical guides.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with clients.
  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Experience with Datadog, Grafana, and other observability tools.
  • Capacity to operate independently with minimal supervision and a readiness to take initiative.
  • Willingness to be on-call, including occasional weekends.
  • Familiarity with using GitHub for code changes, CI workflows, and feature development.
  • Proven experience with API integration and support.
