Job Description
Lush is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader for their store at Streets at Southpoint in Durham, North Carolina. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Driving sales and coaching the sales team
- Delivering a world-class customer experience
- Educating customers on Lush brand values
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
- Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs
