Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Keyholder (Sales Supervisor) for their new store opening in Bend, OR. This role involves creating amazing customer experiences and contributing to the success of the business through face-to-face interactions. The Keyholder will share Warby Parker's story and mission, participate in process improvement, and work on special projects.

  • Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offer style advice
  • Reinventing the glasses-shopping experience
  • Leading the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations
  • Opening and closing the store

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly under pressure
