Technical Product Manager

Job Description

Paradigm is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy and oversee the product development lifecycle. The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and business development teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, leadership skills, and a deep interest in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space.

Paradigm is a zero-fee, institutional liquidity network for derivatives traders across CeFi and DeFi, providing unified access to multi-asset, multi-protocol liquidity on demand. They have a diverse, global team backed by top traders and investors.

Role involves:

• Driving product strategy and roadmaps.
• Overseeing full product development cycles.
• Collaborating with engineering teams on technical solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing user feedback and market trends.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing, business development, and design teams.
• Translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of driving product initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to understand intricate systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of Blockchains, Derivatives, Trading or Risk Management.
• Deep interest in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space.
