Commercial Academy Trainer

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Commercial Academy Trainer to join their team in Amsterdam. Adyen is the financial technology platform of choice for leading companies like Meta, Uber, and Microsoft. The Commercial Academy's primary goal is to drive commercial growth through training programs and initiatives.This role involves running Commercial Academy training programs, both in person and online. The Commercial Academy Trainer will collaborate closely with the commercial leadership team to align and co-create training programs. The trainer will also lead global and regional projects to improve and innovate Adyen's blended commercial learning offer.What this role involves:

• Delivering current programs on Adyen commercial skills (pitching, negotiating, qualifying).
• Designing new programs and sessions for global commercial audiences.
• Collaborating with the commercial leadership team.
• Leading global and regional projects to improve commercial learning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and delivering commercial training programs.
• Vision on how to get commercial people excited and help them grow with blended learning strategies.
• Love to facilitate training sessions, both in person and online.
• Inspiring presence and ability to challenge a commercial audience constructively.
• Experience in a commercial, client-facing role is strongly preferred.
• Great communicator with both the written and spoken word.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Execution power and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
