Senior Manager of Implementation – Digital (Americas)

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation - Digital (Americas) to lead the Digital pillar across the Americas region. This role involves overseeing a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the successful delivery of implementation projects for Adyen's Digital customers.Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Facebook, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. • Leading, developing, and scaling a team of Implementation Engineers and Team Leads.
• Driving the quality and standardization of project delivery.
• Managing complex operational challenges and providing guidance to team leads.
• Liaising with product and commercial leadership and participating in ongoing feedback.
• Collaborating with other teams to grow the IM organization.
• Defining and executing strategic initiatives to advance the IM function's OKRs.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Strong understanding of global commerce challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
