Learning and Development Manager, Leadership Development

Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to focus on Leadership Development. This role will be based in Amsterdam. The Learning and Development Manager will drive change by expanding the impact and reach of Adyen's Global L&D portfolio, with a focus on the Leadership and Executive team. The successful candidate will elevate how Adyen grows and empowers executive leaders within the business, enacting impactful strategies to scale and refine programs, engage leaders, and inspire them through learning initiatives.Adyen is looking for someone to:

• Own L&D core leadership offerings
• Work directly with the Executive team and Board
• Develop and standardize practices for leader development
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative metrics
• Design new training programs
• Facilitate training across cultures and timezones
• Mentor and advise on instructional design
• Be an ambassador for the learning culture

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8+ years of L&D experience, including leadership development
• Experience in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and program management
• Experience partnering with senior leadership
• Tech savvy with an affinity for data
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Experience working at scale
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Be a lifelong learner
