Adyen is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to focus on Leadership Development. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. The Learning and Development Manager will drive change by expanding the impact and reach of Adyen's Global L&D portfolio, with a focus on the Leadership and Executive team. They will elevate how Adyen grows and empowers executive leaders within the business, enacting impactful strategies to scale and refine programs, engage leaders, and inspire them through learning initiatives.
Role involves:
- Owning L&D core leadership offerings.
- Working directly with the Executive team and Board.
- Developing and standardizing practices for leader development.
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Designing new training programs.
- Facilitating training across cultures and time zones.
- Mentoring and advising on instructional design.
- Being an ambassador for the learning culture.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of L&D experience, including leadership development.
- Experience in instructional design, facilitation/training, coaching, and program management.
- Experience working with senior leadership.
- Tech-savvy with an affinity for data analysis.
- Strong collaboration and networking skills.
- Preference for a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
