Strategy & Program Manager

Adyen is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to join their operations function in Amsterdam. This role is crucial for facilitating strategy development, driving global programs, and ensuring scalability. The Strategy & Program Manager will report to the Head of Strategy & Execution and support Adyen's pillars, including digital, unified commerce, platforms, and financial products.Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for companies like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft.What this role involves:

• Coordinating cross-domain programs.
• Assessing operational impact and readiness for new products.
• Supporting company-wide commercial growth drivers.
• Annual planning with the operations leadership team.
• Interpreting data and performance metrics.
• Driving communication initiatives and events.
• Identifying process-related roadblocks and accelerators.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in managing complex projects or programs in (strategy) consulting or fintech/banking.
• Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
• Track record in delivering impact.
