Job Description
OKX is seeking an AP Lead to join their team in Singapore. The AP Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of AP reviewers, ensuring timely resolution of invoices and payment requests, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. They will work closely with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries and ensure compliance with policies.

Role involves:
  • Reviewing staff claims, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Validating invoices and payment requests.
  • Monitoring AP inbox and workflow queues.
  • Supervising a team of AP reviewers.
  • Leading communication with stakeholders on policy changes.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements:
  • A Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 6-8 years of experience of processing payments in MNC, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Basic knowledge on Singapore GST and understanding of the requirements for Singapore GST claims.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, inter-personal and communication skills.
  • A good team player.
