Job Description

DevRev is seeking a Member of Technical Staff to contribute to their AI-native, cloud-native platform. This role involves leading the design and operation of scalable distributed systems, architecting low-latency conversational experiences, and optimizing data pipelines. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence and mentor other engineers.Responsibilities:

• Lead design and operation of scalable distributed systems.
• Architect low-latency, real-time conversational experiences.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for data-intensive features.
• Drive technical excellence and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of SE experience in large-scale distributed systems.
• Expertise in message buses, queues, async processing, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or Scala.
• Skills in cloud-native tech: Kubernetes, Docker, serverless, IaC.
• Experience with real-time systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• BS/MS in CS or related.
