Job Description
Otter is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join their team in London. Otter helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery by increasing sales, reducing order issues, and decreasing delivery headaches. The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for putting Otter's software products into the hands of restaurant operator customers, ensuring they receive the right bundle of products to solve their business needs. This role involves managing inbound leads, negotiating prices, and applying value-based selling tactics.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to assigned leads in real-time.
- Negotiate price with clients.
- Apply value-based selling tactics.
- Create and articulate a vision of success to prospects.
- Log activities and pipeline progression to Salesforce.
- Effectively manage your own pipeline.
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives.
- Share in-market learnings.
- Attend team meetings and trainings.
- Stay current on restaurant / food industry trends.
Requirements:
- 2 years in Inside Sales, with demonstrable success
- Experience working with Hospitality clients or a strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenges, think critically, and implement creative solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while building additional pipeline
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar CRM / sales engagement tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
