Job Description

Tenable is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their Digital Solutions team. This role is crucial for developing, configuring, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless support for employees and contractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering intuitive, user-friendly experiences, with excellent UX and UI design instincts.

The ServiceNow Developer will play a pivotal role in advancing ITSM, Discovery, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, complex integrations, Employee Center, and Now Assist. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, streamline business processes through automation, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Implementing ITSM best practices and enhancing Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
• Developing and managing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
• Writing and maintaining scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
• Developing and implementing automated and manual testing strategies.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing ServiceNow upgrades and patching.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
