Job Description
Pipe17 is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support its key clients and help them achieve success with the platform. This role will serve as the main technical contact between Pipe17 and its strategic customers, assisting them during pre-sales, onboarding new merchants, and resolving escalated technical support issues. The Technical Account Manager will also track important operational metrics and prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Be the main point of contact for key clients
  • Support the pre-sales process by providing technical guidance
  • Manage onboarding for new merchants
  • Handle and escalate urgent support issues
  • Generate clear and useful documentation
  • Monitor key performance metrics
  • Prepare and present operational reports
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles
  • Strong technical skills in e-commerce platforms, ERP, order management, and integrations
  • Experience tracking and managing key performance metrics
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Experience preparing and delivering presentations
  • Ability to work under pressure
