Job Description
Talkdesk is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and management of complex products from ideation to launch. The Principal Product Manager will define product strategy, conduct market research, develop product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Principal Product Manager will provide guidance and direction to other product managers and technical staff.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of complex products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Use data and metrics to measure product effectiveness.
- Manage the product lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to other product managers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure product compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 15-18 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in product management.
- 5 years of experience in technical, commercial and market knowledge across UCaaS, SIP Trunking and/or CCaaS market.
- Experience with Global telcos or on internationally deployed products.
- Experience in building and managing products across the complete customer journey.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent commercial (P&L) experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
