Job Description

Stake is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Financial and Administrative Direction with accounts payables and office management. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various teams.

Role involves:

  • Assisting in handling payroll queries from employees.
  • Supporting the HR team in communicating payroll changes.
  • Helping process and review vendor invoices.
  • Assisting in maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
  • Helping verify invoice data.
  • Supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing general support to office staff and department heads.
  • Assisting in routine administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
