Paid Media Coordinator

Easygo is seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing paid media campaigns across various channels, including display, native, paid social, and programmatic. This role offers hands-on experience, growth opportunities, and the chance to work with industry experts in a fast-paced environment.

The Paid Media Coordinator will report to the Display Advertising Manager and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign launches, effective optimization, and alignment with performance goals. This is an on-site role based in Easygo's Melbourne CBD office.

What this role involves:

• Executing paid media campaigns across display, native, paid social, and programmatic channels
• Creating design briefs and working with the creative team on campaign assets
• Setting up campaigns in DSPs and social platforms, including trafficking, tracking, targeting, and budgets
• Using tools like SemRush, SimilarWeb, and Ahrefs for placement research
• Conducting QA checks and monitoring campaigns daily to flag issues and suggest optimizations
• Coordinating with agencies and internal teams to meet asset deadlines
• Assisting with A/B and multivariate testing
• Compiling and distributing campaign performance reports
• Maintaining accurate campaign documentation and spend trackers
• Ensuring ads meet brand and technical specifications
• Staying up to date with ad tech trends - especially in gambling and sports

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a hands-on paid media role (agency or in-house)
• Experience with platforms like The Trade Desk, Google DV360, or similar DSPs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable with tracking links (UTMs, ad servers) and basic performance metrics
• Familiar with ad trafficking and tag management tools
• Passion for sports, casino, and gambling (non-negotiable)
