Job Description
LayerZero Labs is seeking a Solutions Architect Lead to specialize in interoperability and cross-chain infrastructure. The candidate will play a critical role in presenting and promoting LayerZero's product suite to potential clients, guiding them through the technical aspects of their offerings, ensuring successful integration into their existing systems, and influencing their solutions strategy. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.Role involves:- Collaborating with the Business Development team to engage potential clients.
- Delivering clear, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Serving as a technical consultant to clients.
- Analyzing client requirements and providing input to the product team.
- Developing comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, integration plans, and cost estimates.
- Coordinating with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Staying current on developments in blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
- 4-8 years of technical, solution, and/or customer engineering experience.
- A good understanding of the Web3 industry.
- Proven experience providing solutions for the Financial Services industry.
- Ability to establish trust with users and influence key decision-makers.
- Hands-on experience with middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and APIs.
- Experience in Golang, Rust, JS, Ruby, Python, C++, C, or Solidity is a plus.
- Experience building and delivering Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Ability to lead architectural discussions.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
