LayerZero Labs is seeking a User and Infrastructure Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with customers, focusing on chains and mid-level accounts. The ideal candidate will build strong partnerships, own customer relationships, and drive product utilization. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and change.Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored account strategies to drive growth and adoption.
  • Lead user onboarding, providing guidance on LayerZero offerings.
  • Develop and deliver educational resources and workshops.
  • Proactively engage with users to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
  • Identify opportunities for increased adoption of LayerZero offerings.
  • Facilitate training sessions and provide hands-on support.
  • Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to assess account health.
  • Address inquiries, issues, and concerns related to LayerZero implementation.
  • Advocate for user needs within the organization.
  • Actively participate in Web3 and blockchain communities.
  • Represent the company in community forums and events.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of business development and/or account management experience.
  • A good understanding of the Web3 industry.
  • Technical expertise is a plus.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Solid understanding of business development operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and thrives in fast-paced environments.
