Operational Delivery Manager

Job Description

IMC is seeking an Operational Delivery Manager to join its Strategy Delivery team in Amsterdam. The successful candidate will support the largest trading teams, acting as a key business enabler for Trading Leads. This role requires thriving in a fast-paced environment where structure, communication, and execution are critical.

The role involves:

• Providing structure and organization for trading teams.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to Trading Leads.
• Ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
• Managing team setup and on-desk planning.
• Facilitating strong executive team relationships.
• Preparing briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Identifying process improvements.
• Helping foster a productive and collaborative culture.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in roles such as management consultant, project management officer, or executive support.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional project management and executive-level coordination.
• Proven track record of coordinating multiple complex initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems is a strong plus.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, etc.
