Spektrum is seeking an End User Device Automation Engineer to support key client projects within the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA). The NCIA is responsible for providing secure and effective communications and IT services to NATO's member countries and partners. The successful candidate will join the NATO Digital Workplace Centre (NDWC), which delivers user-facing services to NATO Commands, NATO Force structure, and Nations across 32 Allied Nations.
The End User Device Automation Engineer will be responsible for developing, improving, implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting scripts using PowerShell and Windows scripting languages. This role involves automating tasks related to Active Directory, Group Policy Management, SCCM, Trellix, Network/DHCP, Application COTS Troubleshooting, Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting, and Remote Protocols.
