Job Description
DeepIntent is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join their Client Success team. The Client Success team is responsible for providing excellent client service and managing all post-sales activities. The Senior Client Success Manager will oversee their own book of business and build relationships with each client to understand their business goals and help them achieve success using DeepIntent’s solutions. They should have a strong knowledge within the programmatic landscape and is a key contributor in the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for key strategic accounts.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor pacing and delivery, optimizing based on client metrics.
- Provide insights on campaign performance and conduct client business reviews.
- Identify ways to grow accounts and bring forth strategic recommendations.
- Help develop best practices within the Operations organization.
- Stay current with digital marketing best practices.
- Ensure the accuracy of all IO-related data.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Client Success experience in adtech, digital, or programmatic.
- Passion for digital and understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Desire to work in a rapidly growing startup environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized with flexibility.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem.
- Proven track record of success in customer relationships and data analysis.
