Job Description
Coursera is seeking a Tech Innovation Strategist to spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-based solutions aimed at driving growth and efficiency. This role is within a high-impact, cross-functional team, functioning as a skunkworks unit. The ideal candidate will conceptualize transformative ideas, challenge the status quo, and build scalable AI-led solutions across various functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Defining strategy and roadmap for complex problem statements.
- Building AI-powered systems using LLMs, agents, RAG, and vector DBs.
- Transformational thinking to reinvent workflows with AI-first ideas.
- Ensuring cross-functional alignment across all project phases.
- End-to-end execution, from writing product requirements to delivering solutions.
- Launching tools, tracking performance, and driving adoption.
- Continuously innovating to eliminate toil and automate tasks.
- Collaborating with technical teams to execute impactful solutions.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of product management or technical consulting experience.
- Excitement about AI and experience building products using AI technologies.
- Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments.
- Builder's and innovator's mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Clear communication and trust-building abilities.
- Experience working across multiple functions and teams.
