Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering to lead a team supporting the Enterprise West region. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills. This role involves coaching sales engineers, partnering with sales leaders, and serving as a cross-functional touchpoint for product and marketing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
- Driving standards and excellence in field execution
- Inspecting and advising on deals, including technical problem-solving
- Growing and developing team skills through coaching
- Assessing performance and mentoring career growth
- Owning performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Partnering with sales leaders to drive quota attainment
- Running and assisting in company initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience managing similar teams
- Experience selling to large enterprise customers
- Track record of success and overachievement
- Experience working with MEDDICC & Force Management
