Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Sales Engineering to lead a team supporting the Enterprise West region. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, collaborative, and possess strong leadership skills. This role involves coaching sales engineers, partnering with sales leaders, and serving as a cross-functional touchpoint for product and marketing.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Driving standards and excellence in field execution
  • Inspecting and advising on deals, including technical problem-solving
  • Growing and developing team skills through coaching
  • Assessing performance and mentoring career growth
  • Owning performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Partnering with sales leaders to drive quota attainment
  • Running and assisting in company initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing similar teams
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers
  • Track record of success and overachievement
  • Experience working with MEDDICC & Force Management
