Betting Hero, a leading in-person customer acquisition company in the U.S. online gambling industry, is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager. The Account Manager will play a critical role in maintaining and growing key client partnerships while optimizing affiliate performance and digital initiatives.This role involves:
  • Serving as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Leading weekly client calls, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborating with partners on creative strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Overseeing the execution of digital campaigns.
  • Analyzing campaign data and delivering performance reports.
  • Developing new business within existing partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 3–5+ years in account management, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and meeting performance goals.
  • Proficiency with affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
