Lead Product Designer, Growth

Monzo is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their Growth team. This role involves helping customers discover Monzo's value and build healthy financial habits. The Lead Product Designer will be embedded in a cross-functional product squad, contributing to all design aspects from initial discovery to final UI details. They will deeply understand the customers, balance ideal experiences with practical trade-offs, and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists. Monzo's design and product leadership team ensures alignment between long-term strategy, business goals, and experience quality.
