Ava Labs is seeking a Director of Growth for AvaCloud to lead its global growth strategy. This role reports to the CEO of AvaCloud and is ideal for professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in selling SaaS products, driving business development, and partnerships.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies.
• Lead growth experiments through A/B testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and business development teams.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage growth budget and resources.
• Research and implement new growth tactics and technologies.
• Build a growth-oriented culture.
• Report on growth performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a SaaS, PaaS, or Web3 technology company.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of growth hacking principles and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with marketing channels and product development processes.
