Associate Director of Clinical Data Management

Job Description

Recursion, a TechBio company focused on reimagining drug discovery, is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Data Management. This role involves leading end-to-end Clinical Data Management activities, managing third-party data sources, and serving as a subject matter expert for Data Management. The Associate Director will lead initiatives within the Biometrics group and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities include managing outsourced studies, overseeing external vendors, representing Data Management in Clinical Study Meetings, and ensuring alignment between the CRO and Recursion. The role also involves working with CRO and Recursion functional groups to set up EDC and other systems, establishing vendor oversight plans, and leading efforts for CRF standardization.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in science, math, or computer science, 12+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, and experience managing external data and third-party vendors. Strong knowledge of regulations and guidelines for clinical trials, as well as excellent communication skills, are also required.
