Job Description
Notion is seeking a Field Sales Enablement Trainer to enhance sales productivity in the AMER region. This role involves designing, delivering, and continuously improving sales training programs for field sales teams. The Field Sales Enablement Trainer will collaborate with sales leadership, field enablement, and product marketing to ensure the salesforce is equipped with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to achieve revenue targets and drive customer success.
What this role involves:
- Facilitating Notion's Sales Boot Camp for new hires.
- Designing and maintaining the AMER Sales & Success Field training calendar.
- Collaborating with AMER Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
- Leading high-quality certification programs.
- Measuring and monitoring enablement effectiveness.
- Analyzing internal data and tools to identify skill gaps.
- Building engaging and creative educational content.
- Reinforcing Notion’s culture and business value.
Requirements:
- 6–10 years of enterprise SaaS sales enablement experience.
- 4+ years facilitating training programs.
- 2+ years building or scaling field enablement programs.
- 2+ years in a related field like L&D, RevOps, or Sales.
- Experience with onboarding boot camps.
- Track record of creating engaging content using AI tools and short-form videos.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and strategies.
- Proficiency in coaching proven sales methodologies.
- Self-motivated problem solver.
- Creative thinker able to build engaging, outcome-focused content.
- Coaching mindset with high empathy.
- Proactive nature and ability to take decisive action.

- Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time.
