Job Description
Momence is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in the SMB space within the Australian market. This is a remote-first company backed by Y Combinator that provides a booking, communications, and business management platform for experience-based businesses. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on product demonstrations and consultative selling.

Responsibilities include:
  • Generating new business through the complete sales cycle.
  • Conducting engaging product demonstrations via screen share.
  • Prospecting via cold calls and strategic email outreach.
  • Educating and consulting prospects on how Momence can help grow their business.
  • Identifying influencers and decision makers within target organizations.
  • Managing sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Hubspot.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of closing experience in software sales.
  • 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses.
  • 1+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share.
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Consultative selling approach.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian market.
