Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to join their payments team. This role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on technological interventions and stakeholder coordination within the payments ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in the payments industry. They will be responsible for managing reporting, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and driving execution excellence with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on payments initiatives with banks and institutions.
  • Manage business and ad hoc reporting using Excel & SQL.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payment stakeholders.
  • Drive execution excellence with a customer-first approach.
  • Monitor transaction success rates and implement enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and maintain Bank and Network relations.
  • Address internal queries and escalations.
  • Spearhead integrations and go-live activities.
  • Make critical business decisions and execute SOPs.
  • Provide proactive insights and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the operations/payment industry.
  • Driving personality with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
  • B.Tech/MBA preferred.
