Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking a Senior Associate, Enterprise Operations to join their team in Bangalore. PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building PhonePe’s acceptance network across national and international brands, nurturing key accounts, and increasing PhonePe's market share in the offline business. This role involves individual contribution and end-to-end accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying key stakeholders on the merchant’s side.
- Developing an understanding of the prospective merchant’s business environment.
- Preparing merchant-specific contextual pitches.
- Pitching solutions and business propositions to key stakeholders.
- Finalizing partnership agreements with legal teams.
- Working with category management teams to finalize long-term business plans.
- Developing a holistic understanding of the digital payments landscape.
- Monitoring the market and competition's initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBA from a Tier 1 campus with a good academic record.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven working experience, especially in enterprise business.
- Experience in handling/generating revenue for the organization.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Prior experience in the payment space is preferred.
- Problem-solving abilities with a strong bias for impact.
- Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with customers.
- Drive for results and the ability to demonstrate/quantify success.
