Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Associate Director - Content to lead and scale its in-house content organization. This role involves shaping PhonePe's narrative across digital touchpoints, driving education, adoption, and brand love. The Associate Director will report to the Director - Creative and Content and will be based in Bangalore.
Role involves:
- Spearheading content strategy and execution
- Building and managing a Content Marketing Center of Excellence
- Creating engaging blog posts, articles, and captivating videos
- Developing SEO-optimized pages and impactful product marketing content
- Leading category education initiatives
- Ensuring brand voice and consistency
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Brand teams
- Measuring content performance and optimizing strategies
- Staying updated on industry trends and bringing innovative ideas
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the content business
- Deep understanding and practitioner experience in digital content across multiple touchpoints
- Expertise in video content for new media environments
- Experience in building and leading high-performing content teams
- Master storyteller with the ability to translate complex concepts
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
