Job Description
The Weather Company is seeking a Strategic Account Lead to join their sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering customized data-driven solutions. This role involves working with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and trade desk platforms to manage the full sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand client needs and tailor data solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Track and report on sales activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management
  • Coordinate with customer support
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or direct sales
  • Knowledge of DSP/SSP ecosystems
  • 1+ years of experience developing and executing a strategic plan
  • Ability to partner in selling solutions to senior executives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Willingness to travel
