Job Description
The Weather Company is seeking a Strategic Account Lead to join their sales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering customized data-driven solutions. This role involves working with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and trade desk platforms to manage the full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client needs and tailor data solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Track and report on sales activities
- Collaborate with marketing and product management
- Coordinate with customer support
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management or direct sales
- Knowledge of DSP/SSP ecosystems
- 1+ years of experience developing and executing a strategic plan
- Ability to partner in selling solutions to senior executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
- Willingness to travel
