Order Fulfillment Agent

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking an Order Fulfillment Agent for their Yellow Springs, OH location. This role is crucial for accurately fulfilling dispensary orders in compliance with company standards and state regulations. The Order Fulfillment Agent will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm.Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing finished goods from vault storage for dispensary orders.
• Use an order picker to retrieve products from high shelves.
• Confirming batch labels are correct on finished goods.
• Creating and confirming products, unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests.
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery.
• Staging outgoing orders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines.
• Works well with all peers.
• Effective communication skills.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
