Tandem Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Executive to join their team in Cardiff. This role is crucial in ensuring fair treatment of customers and delivering positive outcomes. The role involves:
  • Building trust with customers by providing tailored information and managing inbound communication.
  • Ensuring accurate issuance of regulatory documentation.
  • Identifying and referring issues requiring specialist handling.
  • Handling customer complaints with a focus on fairness.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers and addressing their specific needs.
  • Proactively managing arrears and negotiating repayment solutions.
  • Conducting Income and Expenditure assessments based on TCF principles.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company standards and FCA regulations.

Requirements:
  • Team player willing to handle high call volumes efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in financial services (desirable).

  • Proven ability to manage arrears and identify vulnerable customers (desirable).
  • Knowledge of FCA rules, CCA, and GDPR (desirable).
