Job Description
YipitData is seeking an Account Development Manager to support its growing Hedge Fund client base. The role involves driving value, managing commercial relationships, and acting as a trusted resource for clients. The ideal candidate will be an expert in YipitData's products and clients, balancing competing priorities across a large client set.
  • Leveraging product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
  • Becoming a trusted resource for clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
  • Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
  • Creating and executing on account growth & engagement strategies
  • Developing rapport with key decision makers
  • Managing renewals from beginning to end
  • Identifying and executing on upsell opportunities to augment contract value
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Ability to build strategic relationships
  • Passion for client success
  • Ability to proactively identify value-adding opportunities
  • Ability to manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Interest in investment research and the markets
