Safety Manager

Job Description

Rent the Runway is seeking a Site Safety Manager for their Dream Fulfillment Center (DFC) in Arlington, TX. The Site Safety Manager will partner with the site operations team to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations. They will lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and ensure a safe working environment. The successful candidate will build trust with the Operations Team and inspire change through risk assessments and data analysis.Role involves:

• Identifying and informing management of compliance issues and safety risks.
• Facilitating incident investigations and conducting risk assessments.
• Ensuring compliance with safety program expectations and applicable laws.
• Maintaining required paperwork and facilitating access to immediate aid.
• Delivering on-time projects and maintaining accurate safety metrics.
• Performing safety observations, audits, and training.
• Conducting facility inspections and partnering with the security team.
• Analyzing safety metrics and incident trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of safety/environmental program experience in manufacturing, production, or service operations.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, ergonomics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
