The Orchard is seeking a Manager, Repertoire and Research to join their Kollective Neighbouring Rights team. This role will report to the VP, Administration and will be responsible for all aspects of 'Repertoire' for performer clients. The ideal candidate will be a team player who motivates colleagues, identifies issues, and has a passion for music and data.
Responsibilities: - Become Repertoire Owner for a roster of clients.
- Ensure accurate recording data in the internal database.
- Provide management and leadership to the Repertoire Team.
- Act as the first point of contact for NR Performer Repertoire queries.
- Work with department managers to ensure effective departmental operations.
- Collaborate with the tech department to prioritize solutions for the repertoire team.
Requirements: - Previous recording metadata experience is essential.
- Neighbouring rights experience is preferred.
- People management experience is an advantage.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Bigger picture thinking with the ability to identify issues resulting from process changes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; Google Suite experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with databases and SQL.
