Platform and Client Operations - Analyst / Associate

Job Description

iCapital is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join their Operations team within the Client Success vertical. The role is crucial for enhancing operational scalability and delivering excellent service to clients and partners. The ideal candidate will become an expert on the iCapital platform and contribute to its success by understanding advisor and fund manager needs.

Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries with in-depth platform and product knowledge.
• Manage the fund launch process for wealth and asset managers.
• Manage internal and external inquiries, optimizing client experience.
• Enhance and maintain internal resources and pipeline to support operations.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the iCapital platform.
• Document processes, procedures, and training related to platform evolution.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in investment operations, middle-office operations, client operations, or technical operations/support.
• Ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and pattern recognition.
• Patient and client-centric approach.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
