iCapital is seeking a Vice President for Platform and Client Operations. This role involves overseeing the delivery of technical and operational requirements for iCapital's alternative investments business. The Vice President will lead a team focusing on operational excellence, technical operations, and support, ensuring the quality and efficiency of recurring platform operations while maintaining a client-centric approach. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team executing day-to-day platform operations for the alternative investment business.
- Manage a dedicated book of alternative investment clients.
- Implement and maintain best practices for documentation, knowledge sharing, and process transparency.
- Work cross-departmentally with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and identify platform enhancements.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a related industry with 3+ in platform operations, middle office operations, or similar functions.
- Proven experience managing a small operations-oriented team.
- Meaningful experience leading operations with ticketing management and client responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership over established processes and required enhancements.
- Excellent client-facing skills and communication style.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Alternatives experience is a plus.
