iCapital is seeking a Vice President, Team Lead for Platform Documents and Data Operations. This role involves leading a team responsible for onboarding and maintaining document flows from fund administrators to the iCapital platform. The successful candidate will develop and execute the strategic vision for the Document Center, aligning with company growth objectives and client needs.Responsibilities include building and mentoring a high-performing team, creating scalable processes, optimizing the administrator onboarding process, implementing metrics and reporting, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to enhance document processing systems. They will also lead technical integration efforts with fund administrators and drive administrator adoption and engagement.
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Document Center
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team
- Create scalable processes
- Establish and optimize the administrator onboarding process
- Implement metrics, dashboards, and reporting
- Develop and enforce service level agreements
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams
- Lead technical integration efforts with fund administrators
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems
- Collaborate with the Sales team
- Drive administrator adoption and engagement
- Work with the Product teams to translate operational insights
Qualifications: - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, financial services, or SaaS operations
- 5+ years managing complex operational teams with technical components
- Proven track record of scaling operations in high-growth environments
- Experience in managing relationships with enterprise clients or partners
- Background in financial document processing, data operations, or related fields a plus
- Strong technical aptitude
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strategic thinking balanced with hands-on operational problem-solving
