Client Delivery Specialist - Assistant Vice President

Job Description

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist - Assistant Vice President to join their Data Solutions team. This role involves setting up and maintaining financial software applications, assisting clients with issues, working on special projects, and contributing to an innovative company. It's a blend of finance and technology, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and explaining portfolio performance results
• Conducting account level reconciliation
• Performing analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements
• Resolving data issues with clients and partners
• Client onboarding
• Client account setup and training
• Day-to-day support and issue management
• System setup and configuration
• New client setup
• New financial account and asset set-up and classification
• Data feed management
• Creating custom reports
• Liaising with vendor partners

Qualifications include:

• 5-7+ years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong understanding of financial instruments
• Experience with RIA/Wealth management policies
• Experience working with wirehouses or custodians
• Proficiency with wealth management platforms like Addepar, Black Diamond, or similar
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Basic knowledge of database concepts
• Knowledge of various financial products and indices

Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
