iCapital is seeking a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to enhance its platform. The SDET will collaborate with development and testing teams, utilizing agile methodologies and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will possess technical leadership experience and the ability to enhance existing automation test frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automated test suites.
Integrate automated test suites with build and deployment processes.
Maintain automated tests to align with system changes.
Integrate the automation framework with tools like JIRA.
Create and manage defect workflows.
Design and publish metrics for automated tests.
Develop and implement performance testing suites.
Perform functional, API, automation, performance, and load testing.
Requirements:
6-7+ years of QA engineering experience in Agile SDLC teams with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in the financial domain is a plus.
Proficiency in Java programming, with BDD, TDD, and design patterns.
Experience with Java microservices and REST APIs, and React front-end development.
Experience with Java, JavaScript, IntelliJ/Eclipse.
Experience with CI/CD tools: Maven, Sonar, Git, TeamCity/Jenkins, Docker.
Exposure to banking or finance environments is preferred.
Experience with Testing tools: JUnit, WebdriverIO, Protractor, JMeter, or similar.
