Community & Affiliate Manager

Job Description

Healthie is seeking a Community & Affiliate Manager to expand its reach by growing and nurturing its affiliate, influencer, and customer communities. This role involves identifying and activating strategic partners while fostering a vibrant, engaged network of health and wellness professionals.Healthie is a company that powers virtual-first care delivery, improving access to healthcare and enabling better healthcare outcomes through technology. They build infrastructure that all healthcare organizations need to perform virtual-first care.Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to identify and activate strategic partners.
• Foster a vibrant, engaged network of health and wellness professionals.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer teams to build scalable programs.
• Design and execute initiatives that inspire connection, education, and advocacy.
• Shape the way Healthie engages with its broader ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, community management, or partner marketing.
• Proven ability to build and scale programs that drive measurable growth.
• Hands-on experience using Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and/or affiliate network tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of clinicians and the private practice landscape.
