OpenTable is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This role involves bringing new restaurants onto the OpenTable network through a consultative sales approach. The Account Executive will be the first point of contact for restaurants and will provide feedback to the Marketing and Product teams. This position reports to the District Director of the region.
Selling core products to restaurants not on the OpenTable network
Identifying and closing new business within a named territory
Understanding and anticipating how decisions are made
Handling and leading a book of business/territory
Running business meetings with restaurant owners and operators
Closing deals based on varying needs
Working closely with the local Restaurant Relations Manager
High-reaching, tenacious, and results-driven
Self-motivated and able to perform well under pressure
Skilled at communicating fresh opinions to customers
Knowledgeable about restaurants
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
