Implementation Analyst, Technical Services

Job Description

Duetto is seeking an Implementation Analyst to manage projects for customers requesting CRS integrations, PMS migrations, and company migrations. This role significantly impacts the customer’s experiences with Duetto. The Implementation Analyst will participate in a three-month training program to learn integration basics and become familiar with the knowledge base and playbooks.Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during customer migrations.
• Gathering, documenting, and executing complex and detailed technical requirements.
• Managing multiple overlapping customer implementations, ensuring clear communication of project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinating and scheduling meetings with clients, integration partners, and internal team members.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation for historical reference and reporting.
• Facilitating migration for existing customers to the Duetto platform.
• Executing intricate hotel configurations within the Duetto platform.
• Configuring and establishing connections between customer property management systems and Duetto.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues arising during the onboarding process.

Requirements include:

• 3+ years of experience in Hospitality or Hospitality Technology.
• Experience in complex project management, including meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• University Degree.
