Workato is seeking a Manager of Technical Services to join their Professional Services team. This role combines strategic thinking with customer impact in a collaborative environment. The Manager will lead the Americas West Technical Services team, driving customer success through onboarding, SOW delivery, and strategic services. They will also manage resource allocation, develop team members, and represent Technical Services in customer strategy sessions.

Leading and managing the Americas West Technical Services team.
Driving customer success through onboarding and strategic services.
Maximizing team productivity and managing resource allocation.
Developing and coaching team members.
Recruiting and growing talent.
Coaching team members to become trusted advisors.
Representing Technical Services in customer strategy sessions.
Managing customer escalations.
Tracking and reporting on key metrics.
Contributing to services offerings.
Developing expertise in Workato’s frameworks.
Championing cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical delivery teams.
5+ years of hands-on consulting experience in solution design and implementation.
2+ years of project or program management experience.
2+ years managing global, distributed teams.
Strong understanding of integrations and systems design principles.
Deep knowledge of technology and industry trends.
Familiarity with modern programming languages and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with leading iPaaS platforms.
Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC.
Demonstrated ability to scale and grow technical teams.
Strong resource management and prioritization skills.
